Towing to the nearest garage within the same Emirate when the vehicle cannot be driven due to a breakdown.

Towing to the nearest garage if the vehicle is not drivable after an accident. Police report required.

Jump-start assistance for a dead battery. If the vehicle does not start, towing to the nearest garage is included. Battery replacement is charged separately.

Replacement of a flat tyre using the vehicle’s spare tyre. If no usable spare is available, towing to the nearest garage is included. New tyre not included.

Delivery of up to 10 litres of fuel. Fuel cost is paid by the member

Assistance to unlock the vehicle when keys are locked inside, where access is possible.

Desert recovery once per membership year, available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Police report required in case of accident or damage.

One annual registration renewal service, including pickup, inspection, and registration handling. Government fees, fines, inspection fees, and third-party charges are paid by the member.

Pull-out assistance for vehicles stuck in sand up to 5 meters from an accessible road, mainly in residential or office areas. Basement or multi-storey cases may be charged separately.

Recovery from basement, underground, or multi-storey parking using suitable equipment. Additional charges may apply.

Vehicle transfer from one workshop to another. Does not apply to breakdown or accident towing.
