OWS Recovery provides breakdown towing, accident towing, battery jump-starts, flat tyre support, lockout assistance, emergency fuel delivery, sand pull-outs, desert recovery, registration renewal support, and recovery from basement or multi-storey parking areas.
If the vehicle cannot be driven safely after a breakdown or roadside emergency, we can tow it to the nearest garage within the same Emirate, or to a garage of choice for an additional cost.
Yes. Once the vehicle is confirmed as non-drivable, we can tow it to the nearest garage.
Yes. A police report is required for accident towing.
Yes. We can attend your location and try to jump-start the vehicle so you can get moving again.
If the battery cannot be restarted or changed on-site, we can tow the vehicle to the nearest garage.
Battery replacement can be arranged, but it is an extra paid service.
Yes. If there is a usable spare tire in the vehicle, we can fit it for you at the scene.
If no spare is available, we can tow the vehicle to the nearest garage.
